Relief Loan Details

Members who may have temporarily lost income will be eligible to apply for a relief loan.

  •  0% APR for the first 12 months.**
  • No payments for the first 90 days
  • Loan amount: Min $1000 up to $5000 max. 1 times your gross verifiable income. (Must provide last 4 paystubs etc.)

Relief Skip-a-Pay Details

NET Credit Union is offering a deferment of your next 3 monthly consecutive payments* due on eligible loans as we get through these difficult times. There is no fee for the skip payment service.* Your due date will be advanced 3 consecutive months from the current due date and payments will resume the following month.

Relief Skip Your Loan Payment

This skip payment option does not include Mortgages, VISA Credit Cards and Student Loans. Members with Mortgages can call 1-800-240-4214 to discuss options. Eligible VISA Credit Cardholders can Skip Payment in May.  If you are eligible, the option will be visible on statement. Student Loans, please see below and/or call 1-800-723-2210 to discuss options. PHEAA Student Loans should call 1-800-233-0557 to discuss options.

With that in mind, in regard to your student loan account we have taken steps to ensure that you have access to the services and personalized support that you may need. Anytime Access University Accounting Service (UAS) is the loan servicer for your account and provides 24/7 access to view your student loan information and make payments at (Payments by mail should be sent to University Accounting Service, PO Box 5865, Carol Stream, IL 60197-5865.) Personalized Support If you have additional questions regarding your student loan account, or are experiencing difficulties at this time and need to discuss repayment options to keep your account in good standing, please call 800-723-2210 to speak with a servicing agent.

To help through these difficult times, TruStage is taking action to support our members. Effective March 12, 2020, we will not cancel or nonrenew any policies for failure to pay premiums due for 90 days for the following TruStage Insurance Program products*:

  • Life Insurance
  • Health Insurance

Questions about our Relief Options?

**Annual Percentage Rate.  0% interest for 12 months; Fixed Rate 9.99% APR for the remaining term of the loan.    No payment due for 90 days; after 90 days, minimum monthly payment  of $ 50 per month.  Terms available from 1 year to 4 years..   Minimum loan amount is $ 1,000; maximum loan amount is $ 5,000.   Loans above $1,000 cannot exceed one month verifiable gross income.  Must provide documentation of gross monthly income.  Per $ 1,000 borrowed at 9.99% APR for 4 years is $ 25.38 per month.   Member’s accounts must be in good standing and have a minimum credit score of 650.  Rates and terms subject to change.  Subject to membership eligibility.    Loan applications must be received by 5/31/20.  Equal Opportunity Lender.

*Application must be made by 5/31/20.   Some exclusions apply.  Equal opportunity lender. Your interest will continue to accrue and the deferred payments will cause your loan to extend the original maturity date, which may change the total amount and schedule of repayment, the final payment on the loan and the total amount financed.  All other terms and conditions of the loan will remain unchanged.  If your loan is insured with Credit Life and/or Disability, your monthly premium for coverage will still be added to the loan on the deferred months.  You may take advantage of this offer only during the promotional periods.  Payments originated through ACH will be deposited into your Credit Union Share account.  Your accounts must be in good standing to be eligible for the payment deferral.  Signature of joint borrowers are required for payment deferrals.  Other options are available for CUSC Student Choice Loans, Mortgage Loans through Midwest and NET Credit Cards.  Contact us for information regarding these loans.  Other credit approval and restrictions may apply.
