Your Debit Card is becoming a Visa Card on June 20, 2022. Enjoy the convenience and security with Visa.

To provide you with the best financial tools available, we’re transitioning your Debit Card from MasterCard to Visa. Here’s what that means for you:

What’s happening?

  • You’ll be receiving a new card with the Visa logo. This will replace your current card.
  • There’s no cost associated with this change.

What will change?

  • Your [account/card] number, expiration date, PIN and security code.
  • You’ll need to update this information with any merchants, billers or other service providers that have it saved.

What will stay the same?

  • Your basic account terms.
  • Our commitment to your security and satisfaction.

Debit Card Holders - FAQ

 

Q: Why am I receiving a new card?

A: We’re transitioning all cards to Visa, which provides added card features and benefits.  We hope you’ll enjoy the enhanced services of your new Visa card. Please make sure your information is up to date to receive updates.

 

Q: Will my account terms such as [interest rate, credit line,] fees and due dates change?

A: No. Your basic account terms all remain the same.

 

Q: Can I still access my account at the ATM?

A: Yes. You will be able to use your Debit Card at the ATM. A PIN will not be mailed. You will pick your PIN when you activate your card.

 

Q: Will I keep my current benefits?

A: Your new card comes with comparable benefits from Visa so you’ll still enjoy all the things you count on like Cash Back Rewards on Qualified Purchases, Contactless Payments, ATM Fee Refunds and more. Plus, you now get additional benefits including Visa’s Zero Liability Policy**, Real-Time Fraud Protection and more.

 

Q: What will happen with automatic/recurring bill payments on my card?

A: Once you receive your new card, you’ll need to update your new account number, expiration date, PIN and security code to merchants who regularly bill this account. This may include wireless, cable and internet providers, insurance companies, highway toll accounts, online merchants and more.

What’s happening?

  • You’ll be receiving a new card with the Visa logo. This will replace your current card.
  • There’s no cost associated with this change.

What will change?

  • Your [account/card] number, expiration date, PIN and security code.
  • You’ll need to update this information with any merchants, billers or other service providers that have it saved.
  • You must login to EZcard before June 17th, 2022 to access all statements and transaction history. This information will not be accessible after this date.
  • If you are currently enrolled in eStatements for your Visa Credit Card, you will now receive your eStatements in Digital Banking.
  • As of 6/20/2022, credit cardholders that have purchased Travel Accident Insurance will expire.

  • If you are a Rewards Credit Card Holder:
    • You will be receiving a new credit card with enhanced features on or about June 6, 2022. The new card will feature a cash back program based on eligible monthly purchases.  The new card will no longer use a “points” based system
    • You can redeem/use your accumulated points based on their current value by logging into the ScoreCard Rewards Program at scorecardrewards.com.
    • After June 17, 2022, any outstanding points will be converted to the then current cash equivalent rate, which will be posted to your prime share by June 24, 2022.
